We're concerned residents who want The Rockefeller (TSCC 1763) to be run transparently, fairly, and responsibly by management that makes ethical decisions and follows fair rules.

Governance Concerns
On November 25, 2025, we met to vote on the $250,000+ gym renovation. The main issue wasn't the gym, but the lack of transparent and fair processes for vendor selection, pricing, and decisions.
Vote Result: MRCM's appointed lawyer-Chair, Brian Horlick, announced 40 owners voted NO and 14 owners voted YES.
Problem: Mr. Horlick and management refused to count 29 verified paper proxy votes from owners who could not attend.
(echoing Mr. Horlick's rejection of 29 proxies at a different condo's vote)
These 29 proxies were checked and registered at the start of the meeting and necessary to reach the 58-unit-owner quorum. This refusal is a serious issue that appears to ignore our condo by-laws and the Ontario Condominium Act. Your vote should always count.
This isn't right.
The online only Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Board Elections are at 6:45pm on December 9, 2025 despite multiple formal requests for a hybrid (online/in-person) format to be accessible to less tech-inclined owners. The board/MRCM declined this despite ample time (a full 14 days) to do so.
